Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.

We offer free delivery for orders over €100.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tag attached.

You can write to contact@ze-bra.fr to request an exchange or a refund.

A prepaid label will be sent to you.

For a refund request, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For an exchange, a credit note for the purchase value will be issued, valid for use within one year. Return shipping will be free.

You have 30 days to return one or more items.

Return shipping is free on the first order.
