The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to return their parcel.

Return conditions are as follows:

• the product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• the product must be in its original packaging, with its tag attached

If the customer wishes to return their parcel, they must inform Ze-bra at contact@ze-bra.fr in order to receive a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is free for the first order.
For subsequent orders, return shipping is free in the case of an exchange. For a refund, the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Each product is inspected upon receipt. Ze-bra may refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions listed above.

If the customer makes a partial return and used a discount that required a minimum purchase amount, and the return brings the order below that threshold, the discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
