Terms of sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered by Ze-bra on its website.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustration only and have no contractual value.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included). Ze-bra reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. Ze-bra reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of fraud or a previous dispute.
Article 5 – Payment
The customer expressly declares that they have all necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating their order.
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments or any other method offered on the website.
Accepted payment methods include:

The order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated.
Customers may purchase a gift card on the Ze-bra website. Gift cards are purchased with a predetermined amount. They may be used to pay for an order. If the gift card amount is lower than the order total, the customer must complete the payment with another method. Gift cards cannot be split and must be used in a single order whose total is equal to or greater than the value of the card(s) used.
Article 6 – Delivery
Deliveries are available in mainland France and in the regions offered at checkout. [Extension to Europe to be added later – customs duties? VAT?]
Delivery times are indicated during checkout and may vary depending on the carrier.
The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any specific issue to the carrier, then inform Ze-bra within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a delivery delay, Ze-bra cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control (carrier issues, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
If you do not receive your parcel, you must notify Ze-bra. If, after investigation, the parcel is declared lost, the customer may choose between:

a full refund of the amount paid, or
-
a new shipment at no additional cost.
Article 7 – Returns
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return their order.
Return conditions:
-
the product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
-
the product must be in its original packaging, with the tag still attached
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Ze-bra at contact@ze-bra.fr to receive a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is free for the first order.
For subsequent orders:
-
return shipping is free in case of an exchange
-
for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
Parcels must be returned to the following address: XXXXXXX
Each product is inspected upon receipt. Ze-bra may refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.
If the customer makes a partial return and the original order included a discount applicable only above a minimum purchase amount, and the return brings the order total below that threshold, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if worn, for hygiene reasons. Breast tape cannot be refunded if used.
Returns are accepted only for products that are:

unworn

unwashed
-
in their original packaging with the tag attached
Article 9 – Customer Account
Customers may create an account on the Ze-bra website to access their order history, track deliveries, and join the loyalty program. Only one account per customer is allowed. Customers must provide accurate information and update it if necessary. Account data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 – Loyalty Program
Ze-bra offers a loyalty program allowing customers to earn points and receive exclusive benefits. More details about the program are available on the dedicated page.
Article 11 – Referral Program
Ze-bra offers loyalty program members the opportunity to refer friends and receive a discount voucher for both the referrer and the referred customer. Full details of the referral program are available on the dedicated page.
Article 12 – Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ze-bra will contact the customer to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Article 13 – Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantees of:

conformity (Articles L217‑3 to L217‑20 of the French Consumer Code)

hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)
Article 14 – Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for order processing. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 15 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
