Shipping policy
Deliveries are made within France and the regions available at checkout. Customers may choose between home delivery (mailbox) or pick-up point delivery.
Delivery times are specified during the ordering process and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping Rates
In France:

Pick-up point: Free for orders over €100, otherwise €3.90

Home delivery (Mailbox): €6.90

Express: €10.90
In the European Union:

Pick-up point: Free for orders over €100, otherwise €5.90

Reception and Issues
The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon receipt. Any specific reservations must be reported to the carrier, and Ze-bra must be notified within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a delivery delay, Ze-bra cannot be held responsible for external factors (carrier issues, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
If you do not receive your package, please notify Ze-bra. If the package is declared lost following an investigation, the Customer may choose between:
