Back circumference measurement
1. Place your measuring tape under your chest, parallel to the ground, and tighten it so that it is taut.
2. Do not raise your arms for the measurement.
Chest circumference measurement while standing
1. Take off your bra and stand up straight.
2. Place your measuring tape around your chest, over the fullest part.
3. The measuring tape must remain perfectly straight behind your back.
4. It can move down to the front to reach the furthest part (often on/under the nipples).
5. The measuring tape should remain in contact with your skin without compressing it.
Chest circumference measurement while leaning forward
1. Remove your bra and bend forward at a 90° angle.
2. Place your measuring tape around your chest, over the fullest part.
3. The measuring tape must remain perfectly straight behind your back.
4. The measuring tape should remain in contact with your skin without compressing it.
